Note:

• There is a limit on the number of shares that can be pledged per security through a broker set by clearing corporation. If this broker limit is reached, you will not be able to further pledge such securities for margin.
• The collateral margin from a successful pledge request will be credited to your account on the next trading day.
• Securities that are pledged on T Day will be available for unpledge on T+1 day.
• Portfolio holdings quantity of securities that are pledged will be blocked and available to Sell only after successful unpledge.
• All unpledged requests placed before 3:30 P.M will be processed on the same day and any request placed after that will be processed next day.
• For unpledged request placed on T Day, the stock will be available in the Demat account for sell on T+1 day.
• ₹25+ GST per ISIN per request is levied as a charge for both pledge and unpledge. This charge is applied per request, regardless of the quantity of shares.
