Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund PolicyThe Refund policy for all payments made using the payment gateway shall stand as under:
  1. Client may place a refund request with Customer support team along with the payments details like the Card / Bank Account Number, Transaction Number, etc. and confirmation from the banking partner with respect to receipt of such payment from you.
  2. Once your Demat account is opened any payments made thereafter on trading platform will be credited towards your account and there shall be no refunds. To withdraw any amount from such an account you may place a withdrawal request through the App or the Web.
  3. The fee paid for subscribing to value added services involving third parties, if any, shall be nonrefundable.
  4. In case of a payment made through a third party/non-mapped bank account which are lying unused with Team Nubra, if any, you may request for a full refund
Note: The completion of the refund procedure is subject to agencies such as banks, payment gateways.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation of Fund Add Requests:
  1. Once a fund addition request is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled. If a payment remains in initiated or pending status due to bank or gateway issues, the transaction will automatically be cancelled or reversed as per the payment gateway/bank timelines.
  2. Duplicate or erroneous transactions (if any) will be reviewed and resolved by Nubra.
